By Commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service

Commission process

• (Payment is not up front! If you want a slot and need to wait to pay just let me know and I can adjust your slot accordingly). Acceptance to pay window can be up to 3 months if needed.

• If you prefer to pay up front I will allow it but you will not be offered resketches

• When your slot is accepted it is added to trello

• I share a watermarked rough sketch before invoicing. If any changes need to be made in this is when they will be made. Fixed sketch will be sent before line art.

• Once paid, the commission will be completed, (If lined, you may receive another WIP before coloring)

• After commission has been completed and approved, no  more changes can be made.
  
  
  

General

• ALL commissions (excluding character design/ref commissions) require proper visual reference/ref sheet. If no ref can be provided, the commission may be rejected or have an upcharge. When a commissioner does not have an accurate reference, It takes much more time than a regular commission with a ref.

• I take my commissions each opening based on size/time meaning I limit "larger" pieces to about 5-10 out of 50 slots. 

• Once a sketch is approved and commission is completed, I will not make any changes unless it was a fault on my end. (Which I will be more than happy to do)

• I send WIPs!

• After 24 hours I will not make changes to a piece. For example: You redesign or make changes to your own character, I will not update old art.

• Commissions are for your personal use (unless commissioned as a gift). You may use the art however you like for yourself.

• Art may NOT be reproduced for your own products for profit (shirts etc.) 

• I have the right to post ALL of my commissions. If you would like to not be mentioned in a post, please let me know. 

• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

• I have the right to reproduce art as seen fit. Ex: prints/portfolios. All credit for character design goes to client.

• Please be able to communicate! I understand things happen in life but there is an extent. Your commission may go on hold or cancelled if there is no communication for 2 days or longer after starting.

• If your contact changes without letting me know (Discord tag/twitter handle etc) and I can no longer find you, your commission will be cancelled. Please update me if contact changes

• If you have DMs or friend requests turned off I wont be able to contact you. Your form will be deleted.

• If you send me an uncensored NSFW reference you will be turned away.

• I will not work with shaded ref sheets.

• Please keep commission related communication impersonal.

Payment

• All payments are via PayPal invoice

• No cash/favors

• Payments may be split with another person(s)

• I do not take payment upfront. (If this is an issue please let me know on the commission form and we can discuss it.)

• I will invoice only after a rough sketch is approved and complete the piece when payment is received

Cancellation and Refunds

• I have the right to cancel any commission at anytime. (ex: If client is harassing me/change their mind after agreeing to the sketch.)

• If client wishes to cancel a commission after payment and progress,  they will be partially refunded depending on what point in the process the commission is at. Client will get a full refund if no work has been done.

• Absolutely no refunds after completion.

Reposting 

• Feel free to repost/share my art with proper credit. If the character/art does not belong to you, do not claim it as your own.

Additional Commission info

• Clothing and simple props are included in commission price (may be extra due to complexity)

• Backgrounds are for shaded/lined commissions only. Most commissions include simple/gradient background or transparent. 

• I love artistic freedom pieces! 

• Commission turn around time varies between pieces and my current queue (unless you are a patron). Ideally, Icons/smalls/half-bodies will be completed in about 3 days from start date. Larger pieces may take up to a week or two.

• Deadlines/birthdays etc.: I can make deadlines as long as they are realistic. If its someone birthday that day or tomorrow and you order a full body or larger, there is no way I can promise it in time. Rush charges may apply.

• I will draw: Blood, candy gore, wings, robotic, weapons (excluding guns).

• I will not draw: Humans, alt versions, guns, digigrade, undertale sonas, multi headed/faced characters, extra limbs, feral, bara, extreme fat, nsfw, fetish art, existing mascot/cartoon characters (excluding some Pokemon)

• What tablet do you use? : Wacom Cintiq Pro 16

• What program do you use? : SAIv2

• Canvas size/res?: Ranges from 1600-3500px/18-35in 

• How do I commission you? : Via google form when I am open. Forms stay open for at least 24 hours.

• How often do commissions open?: 2 times a year for non patrons. (About once every 5-6 months). Patreon commissions are usually bi monthly.

• Do you have a discord server? : Yes! For patrons only!
